It only takes 10 minutes to get to Puerta del Sol (Km W of Spain) I am looking for a kind person, pleasant, orderly and responsible, who would share the flat with me alone, and the responsibilities of the home. (expenses, cleanliness, order, respect for rest, care of household items and furniture, etc.) The price does not include expenses (electricity, water, telephone/fiber/wifi). It is obvious that the expenses of services depend on the intelligent use that we make of them. We also share the cost of cleaning products. No smokers, no pets allowed
