Hello, We are looking for a roommate (couples can be raised). We are three people. We would like to find a calm person who does not smoke. We have a cat. The apartment is in the Verdaguer area. The room measures 3.10x2.15m (approx 7m2). In case a couple enters, we would consider a change of rooms to be in a larger one. The one we have empty is not furnished but has a built-in wardrobe in the hall and we have a table and a side table. It has an adjustable radiator and an exterior window.
