Renovated apartment, comfortable room, very quiet, clean and tidy environment. Medium bedroom, single bed, for a GIRL. Located in the Sants-Hostafrancs district, in the GRAN VIA DE LES CORTS (one of the main avenues of Barcelona) 2 minutes walk from Plaça d'Espanya and the Fira de Barcelona exhibition center. . NO smokers, couples, parties or pets allowed. :-) • The room is comfortably and tastefully FURNISHED with a single bed (with a memory foam mattress). • Expenses included in the rent (maximum € 50 / pers). The deposit is used in case any of the invoices exceed the normal amounts or if something breaks. • The room overlooks an interior patio that receives a lot of LIGHT ALL DAY. • The living room has fantastic views. It's part of the common areas, but it has a stricter schedule because I work remotely and use it as a study room :-)
