This room is fully equipped with a double bed and mattress, a wardrove, a functional study area with a desk and chair.
The flat has 4 private rooms, one small bathroom, and one big one, both with a shower and toilet in each one, a kitchen and a cosy living-dining room and balcony. It''''s equipped with a large window that offers fresh air, a pleasant street view and a lot of light during the day. The common areas of the flat are shared among the tenants.
We provide basic kitchen utensils and basic household appliances like a washing machine. 50€ for expenses are included in the monthly price (electricity, water and gas, WiFi internet access - shared WiFi).
