- Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays from 11:00 to 18:00: €40 (subject to availability)
- No check-ins after 20:00 (except in exceptional cases and subject to availability; €50)
- Late fee: Every 30 minutes of unnotified delay from the agreed time will incur a €10 surcharge.
- The check-in fee must be paid in cash only and without change.
NOTE:
- Payment methods at check-in: bank transfer or cash (no cards).
- Access to the apartment and key handover will only take place after full payment of all required amounts.
The draft contract is sent one week before your arrival for review, and the original signed and stamped copy is delivered at check-in only after the security deposit and any other pending fees have been paid.
