La habitación es amplia, luminosa y fresca en verano, y forma parte de un apartamento de 130 m2 situado en San Julián en el centro histórico de Sevilla. La habitación tiene 1 cama doble, armario y escritorio. Contarás con todas las comodidades y te ayudaré a que tengas una gran experiencia. Compartirás el baño sólo con mi compañero de piso. En el apartamento vivimos conmigo Nico y Coco, dos gatos súper cariñosos y guapísimos, y que te harán compañía siempre que quieras. El ambiente del apartamento es LGTB friendly, por lo que te sentirás cómodo/a y bienvenido/a si también formas parte del colectivo o si apoyas la diversidad.
No es alojamiento para turistas, sino de tipo temporal por motivos de trabajo o estudio, con un mínimo de 2 meses. Se firmará un contrato de alquiler temporal.

In the apartment, I live with Nico and Coco, two super affectionate and beautiful cats, who will keep you company whenever you want. The room is only available for people oving to Seville for work or studies and for at least 2 months. A temporary rental contract should be signed upon arrival.
