Accommodation only for students between 20 and 35 years old.
Valid periods of stay (full months):
- First semester (until February)
- Second semester (until July)
- Full school year (September to July)
- Summer (July and/or August)
Utilities (60 €/month) and weekly cleaning (obligatory) of private and common areas (70 €/month) not included in the price.
Private room with single bed (90 cm wide). Fully furnished, it offers air conditioning (hot and cold), ample storage space, high speed wifi and a large desk to study comfortably. Bed linen and towels are included.
The accommodation stands out for its modern and cozy design, where you can enjoy two terraces: one in the accommodation itself and another on the rooftop, with ideal areas to work or relax in the chill-out area.
The apartment has 3 bathrooms with shower to share, in addition to being fully equipped with TV, fridge, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils and iron, designed to meet all your needs. In addition to this, our student service is available in several languages, 24 hours a day.
This accommodation is located in a strategic area for students, just a few minutes walk from the City of Arts and Sciences, one of the iconic points of Valencia, known both for its impressive architecture and its cultural and entertainment offer, which also offers green spaces and recreational areas, such as the Turia Garden, ideal for sports or simply unwind after a day of study.
