In the case of being a guest, the rent will always correspond to 1 bedroom en suite with glass shower and toilet, the rules of this coexistence is a hotel house therefore;
- No washing or hanging out clothes in any area, neither in the bedroom nor in the common areas. Washing machine and dryer only available in case of 3 people or more.
- Visitors are welcome for 70€ per night, with guest bedroom included.
- The Villa is in the Oasis neighbourhood, guests who opt for rooms must respect the silence that characterizes the green areas, the harmony with nature.
- LaVilla, being an estate of relaxation and contact with nature, penalizes the noise of TV, music or any other disturbing noise to the noise of nature, it is strictly forbidden.
The villa is a place of retreat, relaxation, peace, personal growth in contact with the flora and fauna that offers an Oasis.
Failure to respect this rule of silence will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation.
