Enjoy Barcelona at its best in this a beautiful room very close to the beach and Sagrada Familia located in the seventh floor . It has Double bed canape, view to the park, 32 inch TV and is just 3 bus stops to the beach and 3 metro stops from Sagrada Familia.
In the flat we live only just 6 persons really friendly. just we need another one person responsible. Can be worker or student or both.
The flat is located in a quiet neighborhood very nice and familiar, there is a supermarket in front of the floor and variety of bars and shops.
The price its 700 eu per month, minim 3 months ,included everything, gas, hot water, free 600mb wifi, 32 inch tv with netflix and if you are in the mood some beer ;)
