APARTMENT DESCRIPTION:
Our flat in Gotic neighborhood, the historic center, is the perfect place to stay if you come to study or work to Barcelona for a few months. The apartment has over 150m2 and 5 bedrooms. Two of these rooms are very spacious, another two are medium size and one is a little bit smaller. All bedrooms have a lot of natural light and are furnished with a double bed, desk, wardrobe, and heating.
As common areas we have a spacious living room with two sofas, flat screen TV and two balconies that bring lots of light. There is also a dining area, just next to the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge and all the necessary utensils that you need to cook your meals. This flat has two bathrooms and a small balcony that is used to do the laundry. We provide weekly cleaning service in all common areas. And of course, internet WiFi!
LOCATION:
Gotic apartment is located in a very charming street, just in the middle of the mighty Gotic, with a unique architecture and history. It is very close to ‘Plaza Sant Jaume’, where the regional government building is located. This makes the area very safe at any time. The big fresh market of ‘Santa Caterina’ is nearby, which also has a first brand supermarket inside.
The metro station of ‘Jaume I’ is less than a minute walk away. The metro station of ‘Liceu’ can be reached in less than 10 minutes walking. This flat is just at two metro stops from the university of ‘Pompeu Fabra’ and at walking distance from ‘Elisaba’.
